Why I Must Throw Myself Into the AI Wave

But just now, after happily doing a few things I actually wanted to do, I realized I really can’t stop. Sometimes it feels like something hazy and intangible, but it truly lets me take part in a very great undertaking. It’s an undertaking that humanity hasn’t fully figured out yet, and I think it’s well worth our investment. This thing is just so good, so worth doing well, over and over, making it better and better.
I also want to say: I really enjoy working with friends who hold a reality-distortion-field stance. I believe AI is the future, not those traditional, conservative sciences. In the latter I see no future; they seem to have no passion, no wave, no vitality of life.
I see no future in Geoscience, so I must throw myself into the AI wave.
