What shipped
Daily social post section generator. A new generator produces social-media-ready content from the daily radar findings. Each day’s output includes platform-specific formatting for different channels.
WeChat channel checklist. A WeChat-specific checklist was added with ready-to-post content samples. The checklist includes the Chinese-language publishing copy.
Daily GitHub Issue retired. The CI step that created a daily GitHub Issue was retired. Social material is now rendered to the CI artifact instead. This reduced repo noise while keeping the content accessible.
Merged-day items.json. Evidence from merged days is written to items.json for the social insight pipeline. This ensures multi-day merges are reflected in social output.
Channel daily flag. The daily channel flag is now honored correctly. Social pre-config is dispatched, and ticks are preserved through the merge.
Q&A identifier fragments. The Q&A prose now carries version and artifact ID fragments, making each answer traceable to its source data.
README updates. The retired daily GitHub Issue was removed from README and docstrings.
Why it matters
The social pipeline was the radar’s first outbound communication channel. Before this, the radar collected data and published a dashboard. After this, it could produce ready-to-post content for WeChat, Reddit, Hacker News, and other platforms. This transformed the radar from a passive tool into an active information service.
Retiring the daily GitHub Issue was a noise reduction decision. The Issue was useful for early development but became cluttered as the project matured. Moving social material to artifacts kept the content available without polluting the issue tracker.
