Extracted skills take effect locally first. Even if you don’t submit to the public repo, you can still use them yourself.

I’ve run through it, the whole install-and-use process takes about 5 minutes.

Run npm install -g @scienceintelligence/researchskills-extract in your terminal to install this skill.

Then type /researchskills-extract in your Claude Code. If you’re a Codex user, type $researchskills-extract.
