My Researcher Page on 500AI

500AI keeps an index of AI researchers, and it now has a page for me. It lists me as a Ph.D. student in Geological Sciences and a graduate research assistant at the University of Texas at Austin, tags my work under information retrieval and evaluation, and links out to this site, GitHub, LinkedIn, X, Google Scholar, and my UT Jackson School page.

The page picks five works and says what role I played in each. I maintain Benchmark Radar and created ESM-BENCH, which tests whether AI agents understand the physics and code of Earth system models, and Noah-Agent, a team of AI agents that tunes and checks large Fortran climate models. I contributed to ResearchClawBench, a test of AI agents doing research from start to finish, and to MatrAIx, which simulates the world with 8.3 billion AI personas.
Put together, the list shows the thread running through my work: climate and Earth system models on one side, AI agents and the tests that measure them on the other.
